Systems Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Data Analyst to join our logistics team in Crawley. The role is hybrid, with two days on‑site and three days working from home, supporting spare‑parts operations across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ERP system integrity and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor and resolve ERP/EDI transactional errors.
• Analyse data trends and implement corrective actions.
• Develop automated processes and reporting tools.
• Produce clear, accurate reports for operational and management teams.
• Support logistics, planning and parts teams with data insights.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and global projects.

Required profile

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or BaaN.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong IT aptitude.
• Ability to write SQL queries.
• Solid knowledge of data analytics concepts.
• Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau (EDI experience is a plus).

What we offer

• £223 per day (inside IR35) for a 37.5‑hour week.
• Hybrid working model with flexibility.
• Fixed‑term contract until September with a strong possibility of extension.
