Systems Engineer – Hybrid – North Bristol

About the role

We are supporting a fast‑growing technology consultancy that delivers complex engineering and cyber programmes for national security. The successful candidate will join the Architecture & Engineering practice in North Bristol, working on highly secure, mission‑critical projects in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Systems Engineering activities across the full lifecycle, from requirements capture to verification and validation.
• Analyse and manage customer and stakeholder requirements, producing system models, technical specifications and design documentation.
• Support integration, verification and validation activities, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers and technical delivery teams to drive successful programme delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience gathering and managing technical requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches.
• Experience using UML, SysML or ArchiMate for system modelling.
• Familiarity with DOORS or similar requirements‑management tools.
• Eligibility for the highest levels of UK Security Clearance.
