Systems Engineer (Rust) – Crypto Infrastructure

About the role

Join a fast‑growing crypto technology firm building the largest block builder on Ethereum. As a Systems Engineer you will design, implement and optimise ultra‑low‑latency, high‑throughput components that keep the network efficient and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise transaction processing pipelines that handle tens of thousands of transactions per block, reducing micro‑second latencies.
• Develop and maintain low‑latency subsystems for bid handling and relay communication.
• Analyse competitor behaviour and market dynamics to inform engineering and strategic decisions.
• Design and ship end‑to‑end systems, from architecture through deployment, adapting to protocol upgrades such as ePBS.

Required profile

• Strong background in systems engineering and performance optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑throughput, low‑latency applications.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts, especially Ethereum block building.
• Ability to translate analytical insights into concrete engineering solutions.
