Talent Acquisition Advisor (6-month Fixed-Term)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor for a six‑month fixed‑term contract in Guildford. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process across multiple functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across a variety of roles.
• Maintain vacancy data and progress within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate journey.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and support early‑career hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organised, proactive and relationship‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
