Talent Acquisition Advisor – Fluent German (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor who is fluent in German to join our EMEA recruitment team. The role is hybrid, with three days in the Uxbridge office and two days remote, and focuses on supporting hiring across the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for positions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels and conduct initial screenings.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and deliver a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Support broader EMEA recruitment initiatives as the team expands.

Required profile

• Fluent German (spoken and written) – nationality not required.
• Proven recruitment experience in agency, in‑house, or talent‑acquisition roles.
• Strong ability to source, screen CVs and manage multiple vacancies.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
