Talent Acquisition Advisor – German Speaking (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor who is fluent in German to join Reed’s EMEA recruitment team in Uxbridge. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote, and focuses on supporting hiring across the DACH region while gaining exposure to wider EMEA projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for positions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media and networking.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support additional EMEA recruitment initiatives as the team expands.

Required profile

• Fluent German (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, resourcing or agency consulting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
