Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

Wise May Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support a specialist law firm in the City of London. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for lawyers and business‑operations staff, helping the firm grow while enjoying fully flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vacancies from approval through offer and onboarding.
• Provide market insights and support Employer Value Proposition and brand strategies.
• Analyse recruitment data and produce reports to guide talent‑attraction decisions.
• Assist the Head of HR with recruitment budgeting, cost review and ROI analysis.
• Maintain relationships with internal managers, external recruiters and head‑hunters.
• Ensure job specifications are up‑to‑date and consistently formatted.
• Utilise job boards and sourcing platforms to build candidate pipelines.
• Gather candidate feedback on recruitment and onboarding experiences.
• Offer first‑level advice on recruitment issues to managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Advisor or Coordinator in legal or professional services.
• Full‑cycle recruitment expertise, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and hiring best practices.
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Independent yet collaborative work style with a goal‑oriented mindset.
