Talent Acquisition Advisor – £45k – South London

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our well‑established home services group in South London. The role is fully office‑based near Vauxhall and will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a great candidate experience and supporting the business’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
• Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
• Write and advertise job descriptions, using the Workday ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job specifications and forecast hiring needs.
• Prepare and analyse recruitment data and reports.
• Take ownership of onboarding and support general HR projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an internal recruitment role managing full recruitment cycles.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience with a HRIS, preferably Workday.
• HR administration experience and a CIPD qualification are a plus.
