Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Fixed Term (9 months)

About the role

This fixed‑term position supports the Head of HR Legal (UK) and Talent Management in delivering recruitment objectives for TGR Haas F1 Team. Based in Banbury, the role provides maternity‑cover for nine months, ensuring continuity of talent acquisition activities across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple roles and functions.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and manage the applicant tracking system.
• Draft, review and maintain job descriptions and ensure interview governance.
• Act as primary candidate contact, delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Support early‑career initiatives, university engagement and recruitment events.
• Track recruitment metrics, produce reports and contribute to diversity and inclusion reporting.
• Follow and improve recruitment SOPs, ensuring compliance with data protection and employment legislation.

Required profile

• Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in motorsport recruitment, preferably Formula 1.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and data‑protection requirements.
• Experience preparing recruitment metrics and dashboards.
