Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Hospitality (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment needs of a prestigious luxury hospitality organisation in Mayfair, London. This temporary position will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple venues, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Heads of Department to define hiring needs and job specifications.
• Advertise vacancies on internal lists, job boards and professional networks.
• Screen CVs, conduct first‑stage calls and interviews, and arrange trial shifts.
• Coordinate interview logistics and manage payment for trial shifts.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers, providing updates and feedback.
• Prepare and issue offers via the HRIS and update recruitment trackers.
• Monitor agency spend and report key metrics such as time‑to‑hire.
• Support onboarding documentation and probation reviews.
• Provide ad‑hoc assistance to the People team and cover HR, Wellbeing and Training coordination when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within the hospitality sector.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
