Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are supporting a fast‑growing media business in London that is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive. You will work closely with hiring managers to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of commercial positions, while also providing support for broader HR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Source high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, social media and internal talent databases.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate virtual and face‑to‑face interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding.
• Develop long‑term relationships with candidates to create talent pools.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and Google Workspace.
• Support employer branding on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Assist with day‑to‑day HR administration such as onboarding, probation reviews and absence management.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Good understanding of core HR processes including onboarding, probation reviews and employee relations.
• Experience in the media or creative sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
