Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist – London

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to lead early‑career recruitment for its UK & Ireland business unit. Based in our London office, you will own the full hiring cycle for trainees, apprentices and interns while supporting broader HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for trainee, apprentice and intern programmes, from manager brief to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute a local employer branding strategy to increase candidate engagement.
• Lead university relations activities, including career fairs, on‑campus presentations and in‑house recruitment days.
• Support hiring managers with inclusive hiring practices and interview techniques.
• Assist the HR team with onboarding, internal communications and employee events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least one year of experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external partners.
• Ability to listen, understand needs and create clear action plans.
• Nice‑to‑have: experience in a recruitment agency or in‑house recruiting, employer branding, and university relations.
