About the role

Your role is to assist the Reedsy Talent team in hiring a few high‑impact employees each year. We look for candidates who are talented and understand Reedsy’s purpose.

Key responsibilities

Review applications for open roles and fast‑track top candidates.
Seek out passive talent.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Identify alternative strategies to attract new talent.
Work with the Talent team to create and develop a great candidate experience.

Required profile

Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR practices.
Analytical mind.
Eye for detail to find the perfect match for the team.
Autonomous working style and motivation to learn new topics.
Strong writing skills and native‑level English.
Availability to work full‑time for 6 months.

What we offer

Work from home.
Salary range £14k – £26k.
