Talent Acquisition Internship – 12.5 months

About the role

Join Airbus for a 12.5‑month Talent Acquisition placement in Filton, Bristol. This internship gives you hands‑on experience in recruiting early‑career talent and experienced hires while working on strategic HR projects that support Airbus’s global aerospace mission.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Early Careers & Talent Acquisition team in delivering 2026/2027 strategic recruitment projects across the UK.
• Assist with sourcing, assessing and managing candidate relationships for both graduate programmes and experienced roles.
• Collaborate with HR partners to advance inclusion, diversity and the UK employment marketing strategy.
• Gain insight into the tools, processes and change‑management techniques used in large‑scale talent acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate (degree in Business, Social Sciences or equivalent) for the full placement period.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and see them through to completion.
• Strong analytical skills – able to digest data, strategy documents and extract key messages.
• Awareness of talent acquisition, recruitment or project/change management concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, curiosity and a proactive, fun‑loving attitude.
