Talent Acquisition Lead – Customer Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Lead to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for our Customer‑facing teams, including Account Management, Customer Success and Solutions roles. You will be a core member of the customer recruiting team, shaping how we attract, assess and close top‑tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, outreach and pipeline development for customer‑facing positions, building a personal network of high‑quality candidates.
• Partner with customer leaders to define role specifications, success profiles and hiring criteria.
• Deliver a premium candidate experience from first contact through offer, advocating for candidates internally.
• Craft personalised outreach messaging and promote Omnea’s mission to passive talent.
• Continuously refine recruiting processes, coach hiring managers and evolve playbooks as the organization scales.

Required profile

• 5+ years recruiting for Customer Success or other customer‑facing roles in fast‑growing startups.
• Proven track record of meeting ambitious hiring targets and building strong talent networks.
• Highly organised, outcomes‑driven and comfortable leveraging AI tools in recruitment workflows.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for ownership and process improvement.
• Strong bias to action, clear communication skills and a collaborative, low‑ego attitude.
