Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

Join one of Europe’s fastest‑growing AI startups as the first in‑house Talent Acquisition Lead. You will work directly with the founders to design and launch the hiring engine that will scale the company from 40 to 60+ employees over the next year.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding for both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Build proactive outbound sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates who are unfamiliar with the company.
• Manage hiring pipelines, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
• Partner with founders to forecast hiring needs and deliver against aggressive growth targets.
• Design and implement scalable recruitment infrastructure, including ATS workflows, scorecards, interview processes, reporting and automation.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of in‑house recruitment experience within tech startups (agency experience not accepted).
• Proven track record building both technical and non‑technical teams in fast‑moving environments.
• Strong sourcing capability and confidence approaching passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple hires simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Highly organised, process‑driven mindset with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity, limited structure and thrives on ownership and accountability.
