About the role

We are supporting a well‑established organisation in a confidential search for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The role is hybrid, covering Hampshire and Berkshire, and will lead a small in‑house recruitment team while overseeing a busy hiring environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the internal recruitment function, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Lead a small team of recruiters, providing guidance and performance management.
• Partner with business stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and improve processes.
• Analyse recruitment data to drive continuous improvement of systems and delivery models.
• Manage high‑volume recruitment across a variety of roles, balancing day‑to‑day delivery with longer‑term initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high‑volume setting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with a track record of process and system optimisation.
• Familiarity with UK hiring practices and recruitment tools.
• Experience in a global or multi‑site hiring environment is an advantage.
