About the role

We are supporting a well‑established organisation in a confidential search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. The role will lead a small in‑house recruitment team, oversee a busy hiring environment and shape the way recruitment is delivered across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small recruitment team.
• Oversee high‑volume hiring across a range of roles.
• Drive consistency and improve ways of working in the recruitment process.
• Ensure a professional, efficient and data‑driven hiring process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide guidance on hiring approaches.
• Balance day‑to‑day delivery with longer‑term recruitment improvements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience within talent acquisition, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Comfortable managing recruitment at pace across diverse roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience improving processes, systems and delivery models.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and standard UK hiring practices.
• Experience in a global or multi‑site hiring environment is an advantage.
