Talent Acquisition Partner – HR Recruitment Lead

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead the day‑to‑day delivery of MAG’s external and internal recruitment processes. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will ensure fair, timely and inclusive hiring while supporting the organisation’s humanitarian mission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to define needs and design inclusive selection processes.
• Provide operational guidance to Recruitment Officers and maintain the applicant tracking system.
• Develop talent pipelines, produce recruitment metrics and reporting, and support workforce planning.
• Facilitate interview panels, ensuring consistency, transparency and adherence to best‑practice EDI policies.
• Coordinate with HR Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing talent management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a medium to large organisation.
• Strong understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) principles in hiring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with broader HR and organisational objectives.

Required skills

• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Data‑driven recruitment reporting and analytics.
