Talent Acquisition Partner – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a leading consumer business on a six‑month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent across corporate and operational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Managing end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of corporate and operational roles.
• Partnering closely with hiring managers, providing expert recruitment advice and market insight.
• Proactively sourcing and engaging high‑quality talent using a range of attraction methods.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to offer.
• Supporting recruitment projects and helping to drive continuous improvement across the hiring process.
• Using recruitment data and market insight to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Has previous in‑house Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a fast‑paced consumer, retail, hospitality, FMCG or similar environment.
• Is confident managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Takes a proactive, solutions‑focused approach and enjoys building strong relationships.
• Is commercially minded and passionate about finding great talent.
• Can hit the ground running and is available to start immediately or at very short notice.

Required skills

• Salary £45,000‑£55,000 depending on experience.
