About the role

The Executive Resourcing team at HMRC is looking for two experienced recruitment professionals to join as Talent Acquisition Partners. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior civil servant positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting HMRC’s transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies based on role analysis and market trends.
• Source, assess, and shortlist high‑quality senior‑level candidates.
• Provide high‑touch engagement to ensure a professional candidate journey.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders, offering consultative advice and market insight.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes while delivering regular campaign updates.
• Analyse recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proactive, adaptable individual with strong stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment for senior or executive roles.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across a large organisation.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting recruitment data.
