Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will own full‑cycle recruitment for multiple business units across the EMEA region, with a focus on our Runcorn site. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and compliant hiring experience that aligns with PHC Group’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for EMEA business units, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates through diverse channels, screen, interview, and assess fit against role requirements and culture.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and ensure compliance with all internal policies.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers, fostering a positive experience.
• Build strong, advisory relationships with hiring managers and act as a recruitment partner.
• Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives, including process improvements and employer branding programs.

Required profile

• University degree required; HR or Business Administration preferred.
• Fluency in German, Italian or French (written and spoken) is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably supporting bilingual candidates across Europe.

• Workday recruitment module proficiency.
