About the role
We are recruiting on behalf of a fast‑growing organisation for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their people team in London. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong stakeholder relationships and sourcing high‑calibre talent to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from brief to offer.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and attraction strategies.
- Actively source candidates, build talent pipelines and ensure an inclusive hiring experience.
- Use data to shape and improve hiring processes.
- Coach hiring managers on best practices and recruitment techniques.
Required profile
- Solid in‑house recruitment experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confidence in direct sourcing and managing multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
