Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Financial Services

About the role

Rogo is building AI‑driven solutions for the world’s leading investment banks and funds. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter you will own full‑cycle hiring for finance‑adjacent roles in London and across Europe, focusing on ex‑front‑office talent.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies and build a proactive pipeline of ex‑front‑office professionals across banking, private equity, hedge funds and corporate finance.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers and onboarding.
• Partner with the co‑founder and senior leadership on role design, talent profiles and hiring priorities.
• Promote Rogo as an employer of choice by attending industry events, engaging alumni networks and managing referral programs.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies, negotiate contracts and leverage ATS and sourcing tools to close pipeline gaps.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in finance, front‑office or similarly elite talent markets.
• Proven ability to source, engage and convert passive candidates in competitive London/European finance markets.
• Consultative mindset with experience influencing hiring strategy and coaching senior stakeholders.
• Comfort managing multiple high‑urgency searches while maintaining quality.
