Talent Attraction Advisor

About the role

The Talent Attraction Advisor will own recruitment activity across a fast‑growing live events and experiential marketing business. Working closely with hiring managers, you will attract and secure the talent needed to support continued growth and deliver high‑profile projects. This role moves beyond reactive hiring to building proactive talent pipelines and enhancing the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for permanent vacancies across multiple business functions.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and talent pools of permanent and freelance workers.
• Support seasonal high‑volume hiring campaigns and recruitment events.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and present shortlists to hiring managers.
• Partner with stakeholders to define hiring requirements, timelines and market insights.
• Maintain clear candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Increase employer brand visibility through LinkedIn, social media, Glassdoor and other channels.
• Represent the business at career fairs, networking events and open days.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to provide market insight.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and high‑volume hiring campaigns.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for talent sourcing.
• Experience using Glassdoor and similar employer branding tools.
• Familiarity with organising recruitment events and career fairs.
