Talent Development Program Manager – EMEA (London)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Development Program Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of scaled talent development programmes across the EMEA region. This 12‑month secondment is based in London with a hybrid working model and the potential to become permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver global and regional talent development programmes and events, handling logistics, venues and vendor management.
• Partner with Talent Development, HR business partners, change management teams and senior leaders to align programme objectives.
• Design and optimise the learner experience across all touchpoints, including communications, onboarding and session design.
• Build and execute communications plans to drive awareness, attendance and internal promotion.
• Define success metrics, track attendance and engagement, evaluate impact and report results to stakeholders.
• Implement and improve operational standards such as registration, budgeting, vendor processes and LMS workflows.
• Operate existing learning tools, experiment with AI‑driven development approaches and identify tooling improvements.
• Manage programme budgets, forecast needs and raise budget discussions for exceptional requirements.
• Juggle multiple concurrent programmes, work autonomously and support ad‑hoc requests or top‑talent initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent development, learning & development or a closely related field.
• Proven experience managing scaled programmes across multiple stakeholder groups in a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Strong project‑management skills with experience coordinating events, vendors and multi‑stakeholder delivery.
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to design and improve learner experiences, including communications and post‑programme measurement.
• Comfortable using learning technologies and AI tools, or a strong curiosity to adopt AI in learning approaches.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities with tight timelines.
• Based in, or able to work from, London.
