Talent & Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent & Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly team in Stroud. The role will support the HR Advisor and HR Director in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering positions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple live vacancies, progressing roles quickly and efficiently.
• Draft, review and post engaging job adverts across relevant job boards.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial calls, coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers.
• Maintain the internal HR system with up‑to‑date records and information.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding processes, including offer letters, contracts and pre‑employment checks.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies, providing regular updates.

Required profile

• Previous talent acquisition or recruitment experience (agency or in‑house) – essential.
• Clear understanding of engineering roles such as CNC, CAD and Mechanical Engineers.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑player attitude.
