Key responsibilities

• Shape candidate experience from the first interaction.
• Provide constructive feedback and maintain personal contact throughout the hiring journey.
• Build genuine rapport with applicants and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth recruitment processes and act as the reliable voice for the team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

What we offer

• Salary £30,000–£38,000 per year, dependent on experience.
