Talent, Skills & Performance Manager

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Talent, Skills & Performance Manager to lead the strategic evolution and operational excellence of firm‑wide talent, skills, and performance processes. This role will shape the colleague experience, ensuring programmes are designed, delivered and continuously improved to support high performance and Deloitte’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead implementation of core talent processes such as succession planning, senior promotions, 360‑degree feedback and performance management.
• Manage and deliver project workstreams within large‑scale talent initiatives, including embedding a new performance and talent management approach in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate operational delivery of integrated talent cycle components, working closely with offshore Talent Support Services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, People & Purpose, and business stakeholders as a trusted point of contact.
• Support continuous enhancement of the firm’s performance experience by refining processes, policies and activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent management, performance management or related HR functions.
• Strong project‑management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with global/offshore teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
