Talent Solutions Consultant – Career Transition Coach

About the role

Gallagher Benefit Services is looking for a motivated Consultant in Talent Solutions who will act as a Career Transition Coach. In this hybrid advisory role you will combine one‑on‑one coaching for individuals navigating career changes with strategic HR support for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized coaching sessions covering job search, career change, redeployment, retirement and re‑entry to the workforce.
• Assess clients’ skills, interests and goals to create tailored transition plans.
• Provide guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, networking strategies and job‑search techniques.
• Offer ongoing motivation, accountability and obstacle‑removal support throughout the transition process.
• Conduct onsite coaching when required.
• Design and deliver engaging presentations on career‑related topics for individuals, groups and organizations, both in‑person and virtually.
• Adapt presentation content and delivery style to diverse audiences and incorporate multimedia tools to enhance effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in career transition coaching or career development.
• Strong background in human resources and HR consulting.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to engage and support individuals while providing strategic guidance to corporate clients.
