About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Specialist to join our dynamic team in Southwark, London. In this permanent hybrid role you will partner with hiring managers to source, attract and secure top‑tier talent across a range of functions, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers at all levels to define role requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn, direct advertising and other channels to build high‑quality pipelines.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, negotiate terms and ensure delivery of suitable candidates.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and budgets, providing data‑driven insights to continuously improve hiring processes.
• Create compelling job adverts in partnership with hiring managers.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition, both in‑house and agency, with a strong focus on direct sourcing.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with experience reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and knowledge of relevant legislation.
