About the role

We are recruiting experienced chefs for a new restaurant site in Southampton. The positions are full‑time and accommodation is provided for successful candidates. Multiple openings are available, including Tandoor Chef and South Indian Chef roles.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic tandoori dishes using a traditional tandoor oven.
• Cook a range of South Indian specialties, ensuring flavour consistency.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage prep, service, and inventory.
• Assist in menu development and daily specials as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience working as a chef in Indian or tandoori cuisine.
• Ability to work full‑time hours in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Southampton and live in provided accommodation.
• Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
