About the role
Grafton Banks Finance is seeking a Tax & Accounts Associate to join its modern, centrally‑located office in Hove. The role is ideal for an ACA or ACCA part‑qualified accountant who wants to continue professional studies while gaining experience across a diverse client portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare statutory accounts and management accounts for a mixed portfolio of clients.
- Assist the tax team with compliance work and advisory services.
- Support senior accountants in delivering high‑quality financial statements.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure deadlines are met.
Required profile
- ACA or ACCA part‑qualified (or equivalent).
- At least two years of experience working in an accountancy practice.
- Motivation to continue professional studies and progress within the firm.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
