Tax Advisory Manager (Nottingham)

About the role

We are seeking a CTA‑qualified Tax Advisory Manager to join our Nottingham office. You will work closely with Directors and Partners, delivering tailored tax advice to owner‑managed businesses, corporate groups and high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead bespoke tax advisory projects such as corporate restructuring, share transactions, business succession and exit strategies, and property tax planning.
• Prepare technical tax reports and documentation for complex client matters.
• Support senior team members with advanced tax planning and technical research.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying further advisory opportunities.
• Model high standards of integrity and quality for the wider team.

Required profile

• CTA qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in mixed or corporate tax advisory.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate and capital taxes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality advice.
