Tax Manager – FTSE Listed Company (1 day office per week)

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join the London team of a FTSE‑listed group. The role is full‑time with only one day per week required in the Central London office, offering a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance across ten regions, including corporation tax returns, computations, payments and managing creditor/debtor positions.
• Support year‑end audit processes, prepare the group tax workbook and assist with year‑end tax reporting.
• Collaborate with the Transfer Pricing team to implement cost‑plus and profit‑split allocation methodologies and perform intercompany calculations.
• Prepare and review Country‑by‑Country Reporting (CbCR) filings at group level and coordinate regional CbC notifications.
• Submit Pillar Two registration forms across multiple jurisdictions and support both group‑level and regional Pillar Two calculations.
• Contribute to legal entity rationalisation projects aimed at simplifying the group structure.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated corporate tax compliance experience, either in‑house or in practice.
• Willingness to travel to the Central London office one day per week.
• No visa sponsorship required.
