Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Manager to lead end‑to‑end tax and statutory compliance for Dext across a truly international footprint. Based in London (or Slough), you will work closely with the IRIS Group Head of Tax and gain exposure to group‑level tax strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own multi‑jurisdictional tax compliance for nine countries, covering corporation tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax, transfer pricing and R&D tax credits.
• Act as the primary liaison with external tax advisors worldwide, translating technical advice into practical business guidance.
• Prepare the UK corporate tax return in‑house, including tax provisions and cash tax forecasting.
• Contribute to group‑wide tax initiatives (≈20% of time) such as Pillar Two, corporate criminal offence compliance, transfer pricing policy and M&A tax due diligence.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on tax compliance experience, preferably with multi‑jurisdictional exposure.
• Professional tax qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA or CPA) or equivalent.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously while collaborating with global teams.
