Key responsibilities

• Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate impacts to clients.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the reward advisory offering.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Support business development initiatives to expand the tax advisory practice.

Required profile

• Professional tax or accountancy qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA).
• Strong technical knowledge of tax and reward advisory practices.
• Experience managing client relationships within professional services.
• Ability to convey complex tax advice clearly and concisely.
• Proactive approach to staying updated on tax legislation.
• Effective mentoring and team‑leadership skills.
