Tax Manager – Transfer Pricing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager with specialist expertise in transfer pricing to join a leading Big‑4 firm’s London team. Working in a hybrid model, you will help multinational clients navigate complex inter‑company transactions while ensuring compliance with UK and international tax rules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of transfer‑pricing engagements from planning through delivery.
• Advise multinational businesses on transfer‑pricing, tax and international business matters.
• Oversee project budgets, risks and client relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with specialists across the firm’s global network on cross‑border projects.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Stay current with transfer‑pricing and broader tax developments.

Required profile

• ACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification (or comparable international experience).
• Strong experience in transfer‑pricing, preferably advising multinational clients.
• Excellent client and project management abilities, including financial and risk oversight.
• Commercial awareness and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for developing others.
