Key responsibilities

• Lead international tax reporting and provisioning initiatives.
• Drive new business origination for tax reporting projects through internal and external activities.
• Provide technical expertise on IFRS, UK GAAP and, where relevant, US GAAP.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues and wider community to deliver high‑quality tax solutions.
• Inspire, mentor and manage the tax reporting team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of tax accounting concepts under IFRS and UK GAAP (knowledge of US GAAP desirable).
• Proven track record of generating new tax reporting business.
• Excellent commercial acumen.
• Inspirational leadership style with a positive, high‑energy attitude.
• Ability to apply tax insight to solve client and business problems.
