Tax Reporting Analyst – FATCA & CRS

About the role

We are partnering with a leading financial services firm in Surrey to recruit a Tax Reporting Analyst specialising in FATCA and CRS compliance. The successful candidate will support the end‑to‑end reporting process, ensure regulatory obligations are met and help develop the reporting team.

Key responsibilities

• Review current operational practices and system functionality, documenting required changes to meet FATCA/CRS regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining appropriate documentation and controls.
• Define and contribute to the long‑term operating model for tax reporting.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on FATCA, CRS and Qualified Intermediary (QI) regimes.
• Lead the preparation and timely submission of regulatory reports in line with industry standards.

Required profile

• Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Experience in a large financial services organisation is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of the QI regime, FATCA and CRS.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
• Adaptability, resilience to change and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
