About the role
We are seeking an experienced Tax & Trusts Manager to join our team in Cheltenham. You will oversee a portfolio of trusts and estates, ensuring compliance with tax regulations while delivering high‑quality service to trustees and beneficiaries.
Key responsibilities
- Administer day‑to‑day operations of trusts, coordinating with professional advisors, trustees and beneficiaries.
- Prepare annual trust accounts, trust tax returns and, where applicable, inheritance tax returns.
- Compile estate accounts and manage estate income tax reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all reporting requirements are met on time.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Tax & Trusts Manager or in a similar role within a solicitors’ firm, accountants’ firm, trust company or comparable environment.
- Strong organisational abilities, meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to work effectively within a team.
