Tea Mixologist – Part‑Time Temporary Role

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Tea Mixologist to join our Bath store on a part‑time, temporary basis. You will create a fun, interactive experience for customers by mixing tea‑based drinks, sharing your passion for our unique blends, and handling everyday retail duties.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers with samples, promote our tea blends and achieve store sales targets.
• Handle till transactions accurately and follow store operating procedures.
• Perform stock takes, replenish inventory and keep the stockroom organised.
• Maintain health and safety standards and support our sustainability goals.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning and event set‑up both in‑store and at external locations.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑facing experience in retail or hospitality, preferably in a one‑to‑one sales environment.
• Strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and some evenings.
• Passion for tea, sustainability and representing the brand as an ambassador.
