Teacher - Creative Programmes

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Programmes Teacher to join a specialist post‑16 education provider in Stoke. The role involves delivering Level 2 and Level 3 creative courses to learners aged 16‑25, including those with SEND, within an inclusive, neuro‑affirming and trauma‑informed setting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver high‑quality creative programmes across Level 2 and Level 3.
• Differentiate instruction to meet a wide range of learner needs, including SEND.
• Assess student work, monitor progress and contribute to target setting and EHCP reviews.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, carers and external partners.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Support educational visits, workshops and community partnerships.

Required profile

• Level 3 teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in Further Education and/or SEND settings.
• Experience delivering accredited qualifications.
• Understanding of SEND and inclusive teaching practices.
• Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) clearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.

What we offer

• Permanent, term‑time only contract (39 weeks) with a full‑time schedule 9 am‑5 pm.
• Salary range £35,835.62 – £43,135.47 per year.
