About the role
We are seeking a passionate Teacher of Spanish to join a forward‑thinking secondary school in Leeds this September. The role offers the chance to inspire students, promote cultural awareness and develop language skills across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, interactive Spanish lessons for a range of abilities.
- Develop students' speaking, listening, reading and writing proficiency.
- Foster confidence in communication and cultural understanding.
- Track progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Create an inclusive, enjoyable classroom environment.
- Contribute to enrichment activities such as language clubs or cultural events.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Spanish or a related subject.
- Experience teaching Spanish at secondary level.
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
- Genuine passion for languages and cultural education.
