Teaching Assistant – Flexible Daily Supply

About the role
Reeson Education is seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for daily supply and short‑term placements across primary schools in Haringey. You will support learning in EYFS, KS1 and KS2, stepping into classrooms as needed and gaining experience in a variety of school settings.
Key responsibilities
- Support lessons as a Teaching Assistant across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Work with small groups and provide one‑to‑one assistance where required.
- Support pupils with SEND, adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
- Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and daily schedules.
Required profile
- Proactive, reliable and confident when supporting pupils.
- Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Flexibility to work in various primary school settings.
Required skills
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
- Ability to manage small groups and provide one‑to‑one support.
- Strong classroom management skills.
