Teaching Assistant – Flexible Supply Roles in South London

About the role

We are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to join a range of primary and SEN schools across South London on a flexible, supply basis. You will work day‑to‑day, short‑term or block bookings, providing essential support throughout the school year.

Key responsibilities

• Support pupils with a variety of needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD and complex needs, either one‑to‑one or in small groups.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments, following each school's behaviour policies and collaborating with senior leadership and classroom staff.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality support while maintaining professional standards and safeguarding responsibilities.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a TA, LSA or 1:1 support worker in a primary or SEN setting.
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and behaviour‑management abilities, with a flexible and proactive attitude.
