Teaching Assistant – Full‑time at Top London Girls School

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding all‑girls school in central London. The role starts in September and offers the chance to support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a highly resourced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support students who need additional assistance in the classroom.
• Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group academic support.
• Promote a positive, inclusive classroom culture and offer emotional support when needed.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Apply positive reinforcement techniques to encourage focus.
• Follow safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure student wellbeing.

Required profile
