Teaching Assistant – Full‑time, Term‑time (Kenley Campus)

About the role
We are looking for two enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join the Kenley Campus of OneSchool Global on a full‑time, term‑time basis. You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils, particularly those with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and build confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to reinforce learning objectives across the curriculum.
- Assist teachers in preparing learning resources and organising the classroom environment.
- Promote independence, positive behaviour and pupil engagement.
- Support SEND provision and contribute to an inclusive, structured learning setting.
- Maintain safeguarding standards and uphold pupil wellbeing.
Required profile
- Experience working with children in an educational or specialist support setting.
- Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive classroom practice.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.
