About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs at a reputable SEN school in Milton Keynes. This role is term‑time only and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with teachers to meet individual student requirements.
- Assist students during classroom activities, ensuring engagement and understanding.
- Provide one‑to‑one support for personal care and social‑emotional needs.
- Implement behaviour management strategies and maintain a positive learning environment.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for working with students who have special educational needs.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a UK school or care setting.
- Proficiency in English language.
