Teaching Assistant – Inspire Partnership Primary Schools

About the role
Reed Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support Inspire Partnership primary schools across Croydon. You will work alongside teachers to create a supportive learning environment for pupils of various ages.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general classroom assistance, helping teachers manage daily activities.
- Deliver small‑group interventions to reinforce learning objectives.
- Support pupils with individual needs, ensuring inclusive participation.
- Assist with classroom preparation, resource organisation, and tidy‑up.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting.
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
- Ability to follow safeguarding guidelines and school policies.
